This page explains the current categories of data CSDealer uses to operate the marketplace.
CSDealer uses the Steam authentication identifier for your account, your Steam username and avatar, your Steam profile identity, your Steam Trade URL, marketplace listings, offers, reputation data, referrals, redeem and reward records, session and security data, and normal server or IP logs where applicable.
When you use marketplace features, CSDealer may process listing data, offer data, internal inventory records, and public Steam inventory data when you explicitly request Steam inventory loading through the product. If offer-related messages are stored in the current product flow, they are used only for that trade context.
This information is used for authentication, marketplace functionality, listing and trade operation, account features, abuse prevention, security, referrals, rewards, and support.
Steam is an external service used for authentication and Steam-mode trading. Steam-mode trade completion happens outside CSDealer.
This policy does not claim advertising tracking, marketing email systems, data selling, or third-party analytics and processors that are not actually part of the current product.
